OZONE COMMUNITY MENTOR (OCM) Program
The OCM program is designed to encourage high school students to participate in one of the many service opportunities that exist not only within Ozone, but throughout the local community. Service can be done in many ways: within the body as well as outside; both through actions and prayer. Ozone Ministries has partnered with several different organizations to give students a broad range of service opportunities such as assisting in coaching a youth sports team, providing after-school tutoring and/or being a mentor. We want to provide you with opportunities to serve your local community.
Every Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. (meet at Northwest Bible)
COMMITMENT AND BENEFITS:
- Learn how to disciple others
- Gain experience leading and mentoring kids in the local community
- Include service experience and leadership on your resume as a "member" of OCM
- Develop leadership skills by volunteering as a Middle School Ozone leader
- Build community with peers by attending an OCM bible study meetings once a month
Voice of Hope Ministries
Voice of Hope Ministries, Inc., founded in 1982, is a Christian community center founded on principles of self-help, spiritual enrichment and urban renewal. Voice of Hope Ministries exists to provide children living in the neighborhoods of West Dallas with strong character models, education support, life skills, and family support services needed to become productive Christian citizens.

Volunteering at Middle School Ozone
We can always use your help at Middle School Ozone! Weekly club meets Tuesday from 7:00-8:00 PM in the Theater Room of Northwest Bible Church. Help organize and orchistrate games, skits, powerpoints, attendance, and so much more! Come ready to have a ball because these kids are a total blast!
We also have monthly weekend events on either a Friday or Saturday night. We will take students bowling, roller skating, to a Rangers game, and many other fun activities depending upon what's available. If you come help out you get to have fun for free and make a difference in the lives of some younger kids! They really look up to the High School kids, so if you come it rocks their world! '12 OZONE MISSION TRIP TO GALVESTON
This year, we are going down to Galveston with the Ozone chapters in Houston and Louisiana to serve and grow in fellowship. Because our trip falls on Spring Break, we have shortened the trip to one weekend so kids can go on trips with their friends and families. The mission trip will take place on Mrach 9th-11th and is available to all high school kids.
